Group Affinity & Partnership Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1)   Ensure group new business submission along with other mandatory document being verified and processed correctly and promptly within the agreed TAT.

2. To ensure the risk accepted based on the established principles and underwriting guidelines/procedure manual and regulatory requirement imposed by BNM and any other related regulatory bodies.

3)   Ensure all processes related to group policy servicing such as alteration, outstanding premium, lapsation, revival, premium refunds, surrender, withdrawal and maturity together with other related service request are being attended, processed, approved, verified and handled timely, accurately and promptly within the agreed TAT.

4)   Assist to monitor, communicate effectively to our customers, Master Policyholder, agents, business partner on matters related to Group Affinity & Partnership operations and have an effective KIV and follow up process.

5)   Promptly attend to customer complaints and dissatisfaction with a view to resolve issues and disputes amicably without compromising the company financial position, procedures and practices in a professional and effective manner whilst upholding the organisation image, reputation and integrity at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or Diploma in Insurance or equivalent

Minimum 1 year working experience in life insurance industry preferable in group business

General knowledge of an insurance company operation and departments preferably in Group Business

Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Bahasa
