JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established, UAE-headquartered diversified business group with 50+ years of operations across the Middle East is seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) to lead its Pakistan Regional Office while driving business transformation, turnaround, profitability, operational excellence, and international growth across the Group.

Reporting directly to the Group MD / Chairman and Board of Directors, the Group CEO will assume overall executive leadership across multiple business divisions and international operations, with full accountability for P&L, strategy, commercial performance, operational effectiveness, organizational transformation, and sustainable shareholder value creation.

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven and transformation-oriented executive with a proven track record of turning around businesses, scaling diversified operations, leading executive teams, strengthening governance, optimizing financial performance, and expanding businesses across GCC/MENA and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the Group's long-term corporate strategy, transformation agenda, and growth roadmap in alignment with Board objectives.
• Take full ownership of Group P&L, revenue growth, EBITDA, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Lead business turnaround, restructuring, performance improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives across underperforming and growth businesses.
• Oversee multiple business divisions and international operations, driving operational excellence, commercial discipline, productivity, and accountability.
• Identify and execute opportunities for market expansion, diversification, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and new business development across UAE, GCC, MENA, Asia, and other international markets.
• Evaluate individual business units and investments for growth, restructuring, consolidation, divestment, or closure based on strategic and financial performance.
• Strengthen sales, commercial strategy, key-account management, collections, pricing, margins, and customer retention to accelerate sustainable growth.
• Establish robust KPIs, budgets, MIS, performance dashboards, governance frameworks, and executive accountability systems across the Group.
• Optimize working capital, cash conversion, collections, cost structures, resource allocation, and capital deployment.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with government entities, strategic partners, investors, major corporate clients, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead digital and technology-enabled transformation through ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, AI, automation, data-driven decision-making, and integrated management reporting.
• Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls, compliance, enterprise risk management, and management systems across the organization.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing C-suite and executive leadership team, creating a culture of ownership, execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive organizational restructuring, talent optimization, succession planning, and leadership development in line with the Group's strategic priorities.
• Present strategic plans, transformation initiatives, budgets, business reviews, and performance reports to the Group MD / Chairman and Board of Directors.
• Ensure disciplined execution of Board-approved strategies while maintaining strong alignment between growth, profitability, risk, governance, and long-term shareholder value.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, or Board-level certifications will be an advantage.
• International executive education from a globally recognized institution is preferred.

Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience, with substantial exposure to senior executive leadership.
• Minimum 8–10 years in a C-Suite or equivalent executive leadership capacity, such as Group CEO, CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, COO, Country Head, or Business Head.
• Proven track record of leading diversified business groups, multiple business units, or complex multi-business operations.
• Demonstrated success in business turnaround, restructuring, transformation, profitability improvement, and sustainable growth.
• Strong track record of international business expansion and market development.
• UAE/GCC/MENA or multinational leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with Chairman, Board of Directors, shareholders, investors, government stakeholders, and senior executive teams.
• Industry experience in Signage, Outdoor Advertising, Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, Digital Printing, Media, Trading, Infrastructure, or related sectors will be highly advantageous.

• Executive Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Visionary leadership, strategic and commercial acumen, Board/Chairman engagement, stakeholder influence, executive presence, negotiation, resilience, agility, and results-driven execution.
