About the role

Group Class Instructor | Philadelphia, PA

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to lead 2 classesper week at our corporate client site in Center City Philadelphia, conveniently located near 30th Street Station.

Schedule (Monday-Thursday):

• Mornings: 7:00 AM & 8:00 AM OR
• Evenings: 4:30 PM & 5:15 PM

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Cycle/Spin, HIIT, Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $40 - $45 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
