Group Credit Controller (Large Irish Business)

I'm delighted to be working on an opportunity for an experienced Group Credit Controller to join a well-established Cork-based business, reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a senior role with real ownership, leading credit control and cash collection across the Group and managing an established team.

A great opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior, high-impact credit role and have genuine ownership of the function.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Group-wide credit control and collections
• Credit risk, limits and escalations
• Leading and developing a team of two
• Debtor ageing, DSO and cash-flow forecasting
• Bad debt and month-end reporting
• Working closely with sales, aftersales and finance
• Improving credit processes and controls across the Group

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• 5+ years+ credit control experience
• Previous team leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of the full credit control cycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel and systems experience
• Motor/dealership experience would be a bonus
