What they need

As Group Data Analyst Lead you are there to help analysts across the platform do their best work - thinking through challenges with them, sharing the best way to approach a piece of work, and helping them grow. You set the analytical standards that hold the practice together and own the data governance that runs through them. Analysis connects to architecture, delivery, governance and the country teams, so a large part of the role is making sure the processes across those boundaries actually work. You get hands-on where it helps, but you don’t manage anyone’s daily tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the analysts across the platform - the person they come to for guidance and a better way forward
  • Own the analytical standards and how they are embedded into the quality gates
  • Own the data governance practice for analysis - Business Glossary and KPI/dimension catalogue in Dawiso
  • Own the interfaces between analysis and the functions it depends on
  • Own the scoping and requirements-phase gates - each with a defined artifact, a named reviewer and a clear pass/fail moment
  • Design and run analyst hiring - role definitions, case studies, interviews, evaluation
  • Enable country teams on analyst ways of working, without over-prescribing local implementation

What you should have:

  • Experience in a BI, data or analytical role, ideally in a delivery or platform context
  • Strong grasp of analytical practice - able to set standards and translate them into working quality gate mechanics
  • Data governance experience - Business Glossary, KPI/metric definitions, catalogue management - and the tooling to support it (Dawiso or similar)
  • Competence in process design - you can introduce a new process and carry the change management yourself
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking - you break a complex business question into clear, actionable steps
  • Effective communication - you bridge business and technical delivery teams daily
  • Fluent English - you work with colleagues across multiple countries regularly

What do we offer?

  • Working for the largest pharma retail company in CEE with great expansion plans
  • Modern technologies (Databricks, MS Fabric etc.)
  • A company with a meaningful purpose, an outstanding customer value proposition within an industry offering a resilient, non-cyclical growth pattern
  • Global-level job within group headquarters with a group-wide impact
  • Space for professional growth within a growing organization
  • Attractive financial compensation (salary and yearly bonuses)
  • Flexible working hours, possibility of 1 day home office/week
  • 5 weeks of holidays, discounts in Dr. Max pharmacies, meal vouchers, fully paid Multisport card, public transport contribution, referral bonus etc.

Other offers great for you!
