About the Role

We are a premier, multi-concept F&B group expanding our footprint in the specialty coffee and lifestyle culinary space. We are seeking a high-caliber, visually driven Group Digital Content Creator to head the hands-on content production and visual brand identity of our multi-brand portfolio to international standards.

In this role, you will be the core execution powerhouse and technical lead for content production across our brand spectrum. You will own the entire visual and operational pipeline—conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, editing, and scheduling premium assets across Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube. You will ensure each distinct brand maintains its unique voice and visual aesthetic while operating under our group’s overarching international benchmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Brand Content Management: Maintain, plan, and execute a cohesive 4-week omnichannel content calendar for multiple distinct F&B concepts, ensuring strict adherence to individual brand tones, color palettes, and audience demographics.

• End-to-End Premium Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short/long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube Shorts/ vlogs) and professional-grade aesthetic lifestyle photography.

• Platform-Specific Optimization:

  • Xiaohongshu (XHS): Design highly stylized grid layouts and write engaging, localized Chinese lifestyle copy targeting high-spending demographics.
  • Instagram & Facebook: Produce viral vertical video hooks, high-aesthetic food/beverage photography, and dynamic transitions to drive foot traffic.
  • YouTube: Produce high-production-value video assets focusing on brand stories, coffee culture, or group behind-the-scenes narratives.
  • Content Batching & Workflow Architecture: Organize and execute systematic shooting schedules across different outlet locations in JB or Singapore to maximize asset output without compromising quality.
  • Trend Capture & Brand Alignment: Monitor regional and international cafe, lifestyle, and visual trends. Swiftly adapt viral mechanics into elegant, premium content layouts that elevate our group's market positioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in multi-brand digital content creation, professional photography, and videography. Prior experience managing a portfolio of brands in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle luxury sectors is highly preferred.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Expert proficiency with professional mirrorless/DSLR camera gear, commercial studio/ambient lighting setups, and directional audio recording equipment.
  • Advanced editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut Pro).

• Multilingual Fluency: Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory to craft highly engaging copy tailored to our diverse, multi-lingual consumer base and specialized Xiaohongshu (XHS) audience.

• Execution Mindset: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to scale content volume across multiple platforms while keeping distinct brand identities visually isolated and premium.

• Mobility: Must have access to own transport, camera equipment, and a valid driver’s license, with the flexibility to travel between outlet locations as required.
