Group Director, Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Group Director Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Applebee's, IHOP, and El Pollo Loco
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand goals
• Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions
• Lead strategic meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy and planning roles
• Proven ability to manage large-scale brand strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in multi-brand management, specifically in hospitality or food sectors
