TMA Group is looking for an experienced Group Estimating Manager to lead our estimating function across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Fiji.

🔥 The Opportunity

• Lead and develop estimating teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee commercial print, labels and business forms estimating.
• Drive faster, more accurate and commercially competitive quoting.
• Own estimating standards, costing and pricing data.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Production and Technology to improve margins.
• Help shape and implement a new commercial print estimating platform.
• Lead continuous improvement across CERM and Monarch.

💡 What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years' print estimating experience.
• 3+ years' experience leading estimating teams.
• Strong commercial print and/or label estimating background.
• Experience with print MIS/estimating systems — CERM highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of print production, costing, pricing and margins.
• Commercial mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
