*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team and lead fitness classes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, motivating others to achieve their wellness goals.
*Responsibilities*
Design and deliver fitness classes tailored to the needs of participants
Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form
Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness objectives
Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
Ensure the safety of all participants during classes
*Skills*
Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
Experience in sports coaching or personal training
Ability to educate and inspire individuals towards better health and fitness
Must be First Aid trained
-Must have Level 2 Gym instructor qualification
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
