New Destiny Healing is seeking a warm, dependable Group Facilitator to lead engaging groups and support residents in a welcoming, team-centered environment.

We are a Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health residential program with two men’s facilities serving 20 residents. Our small, intimate setting gives staff the time to build relationships and make a positive difference in residents’ lives. We are also preparing to open a third facility that will allow us to serve all genders.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate structured, engaging groups for residents.
• Encourage participation and help create a respectful, supportive group environment.
• Complete timely group documentation and communicate relevant updates to the clinical and residential teams.
• Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and program staff to support residents’ goals.
• Assist with case management tasks and other program duties as needed.
• Provide individual support or services only when appropriate to your qualifications, role, and program authorization.
• Complete other related duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Behavioral health, Recovery, Group facilitation, or related experience, two years preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work respectfully with adults in a residential behavioral health setting.
• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card and negative TB test results.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to commute to San Tan Valley and work on-site at our facilities.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; schedule to be determined.Pay: Competitive; based on experience.
