Your Mission
We are looking for a commercially astute and data-driven Group Finance Analyst to anchor our regional finance operations spanning Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, encompassing our specialized subsidiaries (Sustenyx, Terradian, and Securaze).

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Finance, you will deliver strategic analysis, robust management reporting, and board-ready insights that shape executive decision-making.

What You Will Do

Strategic FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

• Drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and overarching financial planning cycles.
• Evaluate monthly financial outcomes against budgets and forecasts, conducting deep-dive variance analyses to pinpoint core business drivers.
• Construct dynamic financial models and scenario simulations to guide executive decision-making.

Management Reporting & Business Analytics

• Design and distribute comprehensive monthly management reports and interactive financial dashboards.
• Dissect critical metrics including revenue trajectories, profit margins, cost architectures, cash flow dynamics, working capital efficiency, and individual business unit performance.
• Synthesize raw financial figures into clear, strategic narratives for leadership.

Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Advisory

• Compile and refine high-impact financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors.
• Craft compelling financial presentations and executive briefs.
• Partner in evaluating strategic initiatives, assessing business cases, and modeling profitability.

Treasury & Cash Flow Intelligence

• Orchestrate weekly and monthly cash flow projections.
• Track receivables trends, payable obligations, and overall liquidity health.
• Evaluate funding costs and broader treasury metrics to optimize capital efficiency.

Business Intelligence & Workflow Optimization

• Champion the enhancement of reporting dashboards and the automation of financial workflows.
• Uncover hidden trends, operational risks, and avenues for cost optimization.
• Elevate reporting precision while significantly minimizing manual data manipulation.

Cross-Regional Partnership

• Collaborate seamlessly with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams across all regional entities.
• Facilitate robust data collection and comprehensive business performance reviews.

Who You Are

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Holding or pursuing a professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) will be highly regarded.

Professional Experience

• 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or Business Intelligence.
• Prior exposure to multi-entity, cross-border, or regional financial consolidation is strongly preferred.
• Background in B2B services, equipment leasing, or tech financing is a distinct advantage.

Technical Arsenal

• Advanced Excel Mastery (Non-negotiable): Complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboard creation.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly desired.
• Exceptional analytical rigor with a proven aptitude for complex problem-solving.
