- Support the implementation and standardisation of finance systems, reporting tools and accounting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of the group finance function.
- Lead and develop the financial control team, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy, accountability and delivery.
About you

- Proven experience in a Group Financial Controller, Financial Controller or equivalent senior financial control role.
- Strong technical knowledge of group consolidation, statutory reporting and financial accounting.
- Experience working within a multi-entity, international group structure.
- Good understanding of foreign currency accounting, intercompany transactions and consolidation adjustments.
- Experience managing external audits and statutory accounts across multiple entities.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, balance sheet integrity and month-end and year-end reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems or ERP platforms.
