Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management for multiple manufacturing sites, including but not limited to the financial accounting, Product costing, management accounting, planning and budgetary control, Treasury, auditing and compliance, as well as to provide professional guidance to local accounting practices
• Implement headquarters’ financial practices and workflows at subsidiary level
• Regularly review and closely monitor financial performance of all subsidiaries for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Ensure monthly reports are produced timely, with high level of data integrity and accuracy by working with both local finance team and GSS (Global Shared Services-Accounting)
• Perform monthly financial simulation, quarterly forecast and annual budget setting, as well as analytical reports and ad hoc tasks
• Collaborate with both local auditors and group auditor to ensure acceptable accounting practices, proper compliance with all regulations and internal practices
• Directly report to the VP of Global Finance with timely support, efficient communication and solid business acumen

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant/CPA/ACCA/HKICPA/Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years finance & accounting experience in manufacturing industry, Big 4 background is a plus. Manufacturing Experience in China is A Must.  Global accounting practice and tax regulations is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Team Management of a scalable size global team; Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills; Managerial experiences & willingness for career development is a must
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin); Spanish would be a plus but not essential
• Self-starter with strong self-initiatives; High level of Curiosity, Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism and reliability
• Suitable for ambitious candidates with willingness to excel career development; Able for extensive travel (~50%)
