Fly Dance Fitness Tampa is currently looking for a ⭐️substitute instructor with weekday morning and weekend morning availability.⭐️ (We may be adding Sundays soon!) We'd love for you to have your own official time slot sooner than later of course!

This isn't just about being a great dancer. We're looking for someone with a big personality. Someone who's funny, a little goofy, genuinely engaging, and has that magnetic energy that makes people want to flock to their class. Someone who can light up a room, make new members feel comfortable, and turn a workout into the best hour of someone's day.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a strong dance background (doesn't have to be a formal background) and learns choreography quickly.
• Brings high energy and confidence to every class.
• Is engaging, personable, and enjoys interacting with members.
• Is reliable, professional, and passionate about helping build our growing community.
• Wants to be a part of a team and participate in pop-ups, events, and, if capable, supporting other instructors attending their classes

Class Schedule

Our current weekday morning current schedule is Tuesday 11am, Wednesday 10am, Thursday 11am, Friday noon, Saturday 10am, upcoming will be Sundays at probably 11am which we'll be looking to fill permanently. You don't have to be available for every single day, but as needed and fits with your schedule.

Audition Process

All candidates will complete a video audition of a Fly Dance routine consisting of: One routine breakdown video demonstrating your ability to teach choreography. One full-out performance video demonstrating your energy, execution, and stage presence. If it could be a good fit, we invite you to teach that routine at one of our classes to make sure you love what we do!

Pay: $30.00 per hour
