Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor

Monday, Thursday, Saturday
3:30pm-7:15pm
$23–$30/hr | Free Family Gym Membership | Discounted Merchandise | Growth Opportunities

We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals, can lead with confidence, and has a solid understanding of exercise technique and biomechanics.

Class Format:

• 30-minute group fitness classes
• Strength, HIIT, and Recovery sessions
• Up to 25 participants per class

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct safe, effective, and engaging group classes
• Clearly demonstrate and explain proper form and technique
• Motivate and encourage participants of all fitness levels
• Provide modifications when necessary, especially for older adult populations
• Create a positive, interactive, and supportive class environment

Requirements:

• Prior group fitness instruction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics and exercise science
• Comfortable working with older adults and diverse fitness levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
