Group FP&A Manager

This is a senior FP&A role with a genuine seat at the table. You'll oversee planning and forecasting, help senior leaders understand what is driving performance, and turn financial insight into clear decisions and action.

Working closely with the CFO and leaders across the business, you'll bring together the P&L, capital expenditure and cash flow outlook.

You'll also lead a team and shape how the business reports on performance.
 
What you'll do

• Lead the annual budget, in-year forecasts and longer-term planning.
• Build a clear view of performance, risks, opportunities and the actions needed.
• Prepare sharp, useful reporting for the executive team and Board.
• Partner with senior leaders on scenarios, investment choices and commercial trade-offs.
• Drive visibility of free cash flow and working capital across the business.
• Improve planning and reporting processes, with a focus on simplicity and automation.
• Lead and develop a capable group performance team.

What you'll bring
 
You'll have substantial FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience in a large, complex business. You're comfortable working across both profit and cash, challenging assumptions, and explaining the story behind the numbers to senior stakeholders.
 
You'll have led planning and forecasting at scale, produced executive or Board reporting, and managed a team. Strong commercial judgement matters here, as does the ability to make complex information straightforward. A finance or business qualification is required; CA or an equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
