Group FP&A Manager (Fintech)

• 5 days work week, Hybrid
• Annual Performance Bonus with regional exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting - Review monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports and provide variance analysis against budget/forecast, not limited to support on external audit.
• Financial Planning & Analysis - develop financial models, business cases, monitoring financial performance.
• Business Performance & Process Improvement - Liaise with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support, drive continuous improvements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• A Chartered Accounting qualification is preferred (such as ACCA, CPA, etc.)
• At least a minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or corporate finance, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
