Group FP&A Manager (WFH / E-commerce)

• 5 days work week.
• Annual Performance Bonus with regional exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Management Accounting - Review and input of technical accounting.
• FP&A and Planning - Lead budget, strategic plan, develop financial models, and drive FP&A processes.
• Performance & Commercial Analysis - Provide insights by identifying risks, opportunities and performance gaps, support pricing, investment and other commercial decision through financial analysis.
• Strategic Support - Prepare concise management reports, executive performance presentations - develop business case, ROI Analysis for key decisions.
• Business Performance Management - Build strong relationships with business leaders, lead regular performance reviews, and support initiatives to improve profitability, cost efficiency while translating financial information into practical business recommendations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• A Chartered Accounting qualification is preferred (such as ACCA, CPA, etc.)
• Strong financial modelling, management reporting and commercial analysis skills.
