Group Head – Creative & Strategy

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and storyteller who can lead Brand Solutions across influencer marketing and social media, from decoding a brief to building the complete strategy and presenting it in the room.

What you’ll do:

* Own end-to-end campaign strategy across influencer marketing, social media and digital-first campaigns

* Decode brand briefs, consumer behaviour, cultural trends and category insights to identify the right strategic opportunity

* Build comprehensive strategy decks covering insights, campaign architecture, creative territories, influencer strategy, content formats, platform approach, amplification and measurement

* Develop strong umbrella ideas, campaign narratives and creative concepts rooted in strategy

* Lead the creation of new-business and proactive pitches, from the first strategic thought to the final presentation

* Present and sell strategies to brands, clearly articulating the thinking behind every recommendation

* Work closely with creative, influencer, servicing and execution teams to ensure the strategy translates effectively on-ground

* Own strategic thinking for key client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts

* Mentor strategists, copywriters and servicing teams to strengthen the quality of thinking across briefs

* Stay deeply plugged into internet culture, creators, memes, platform behaviour and emerging social trends

What we’re looking for:

* 5–8 years of experience across strategy, brand solutions, creative strategy, influencer marketing or social media

* Strong experience in building end-to-end campaign and pitch decks

* Ability to move seamlessly from consumer insight → strategy → big idea → execution ecosystem

* Proven experience presenting to clients and senior brand stakeholders

* Track record of contributing to or leading successful pitches and business conversions

* Strong understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem, social platforms and digital culture

* A sharp eye for ideas, copy and storytelling, with the ability to elevate creative thinking

* Strong communication, presentation and team leadership skills

* Someone who can look at a blank slide and know exactly where the story needs to go
