What they need
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive Human Resources experience
At least 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership HR role within a fast-moving, rapidly scaling or diversified organisation
Strong experience leading and strengthening HR structures, systems and teams
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
Lagos-based candidates who are willing to relocate to Abuja are preferred
Relocation Support: Employer-funded relocation from Lagos to Abuja
