Job Purpose

Lead and strengthen the HR function across business units by aligning HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies across business units.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, engagement, and retention.
• Drive KPI/KRA-based performance management, appraisals, succession planning, and talent development.
• Oversee compensation, incentives, rewards, payroll, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage HRMS/HRIS, employee records, HR MIS, and monthly management reporting.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, HR process digitization, and change management.
• Coordinate with statutory authorities and support labour inspections and audits.
• Provide strategic HR support to management and business expansion initiatives.
