Group Human Resources Manager

About the role

Euro Gulf Techno Services LLC (EGTS) is looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across our MEP contracting, interior fit-out and facilities management business in Dubai. The role covers the full employee lifecycle for a diverse workforce of office staff, engineers, supervisors and large site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan manpower and lead recruitment for office, engineering and site teams, including trade tests and agency coordination
• Oversee the full visa lifecycle and government processes (MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Emiratisation)
• Manage payroll inputs, WPS, benefits, leave and end-of-service calculations
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and labour law compliance
• Oversee labour accommodation, worker welfare and site-related HR requirements
• Run appraisals and coordinate mandatory training with HSE and operations
• Maintain HRMS data and deliver monthly HR reports to management
• Lead the HR, payroll and PRO team

Requirements

• 15+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in a managerial role in construction in the UAE
• Proven experience managing a large blue-collar workforce and labour accommodation
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE/GDRFA processes and WPS
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP payroll systems
• Experience in performance management, including goal setting, appraisal systems, feedback frameworks and development planning
• Highly organised and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is preferred
