Group Information Technology Manager

Work on:

• HK IT PIC. Manage teams across infrastructure, applications and service delivery.

• Report to C-Level on IT budgeting, strategy, roadmap and blueprint. Communicate and business partnering across BUs

• Well verse with corporate level and store level processes and drive re-engineering/ digital transformation

• Drive IT team to own business and retail applications, enhance, revamp, interface and manage the operations across POS, WMS, and CRM systems

• Project Management in driving Agile/ Hybrid methodology

• Upbeat with the latest technologies in town, advice and drive upgrade in digital applications (web, mobile, MarTech etc.) infrastructure, server, cloud platforms and security. Perform vendor sourcing, introduction and management.

Require:

• Bachelor in Information System or relevant disciplines

• 7+ years experience in Information Technology with 3 years as IT/ MIS Manager

• Strength at IT Applications. Experience in all rounded IT management is a huge plus.

• Proactive in IT Business Partnering ; strong in internal consulting and make presentations to C-level, capable of developing trust and relationships with business units

• Strong in driving digital transformation across store-level and back-office. Strength in driving change management activities

• Experience in leading projects using Agile/ Hybrid methodology, MUST have experience in team management in all-rounded MIS environment

• Strong in streamline business process with the adoption of digital applications, enhancement of enterprise applications e.g. POS, WMS, CRM etc.

• Retail industry background is highly preferred

• Strong in Cantonese and English
