Responsibilities:

User Support & Account Setup

• Handle day-to-day software issues and help users with business applications
• Set up new user accounts, update permissions, and remove access when staff leave across M365 and internal systems
• Help users set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), reset passwords, and fix login or access issues
• Support daily operations in systems like Microsoft 365, SCM & Finance system, and Point of Sale
• Create simple how-to guides and FAQs so users can solve common software issues on their own

System Operations & Data

• Monitor system availability and make sure data syncs properly across all integrated applications
• Assist with Point of Sale (POS) menu updates and system menu changes as needed
• Help with internal IT audits and ensure system settings follow company policies
• Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system instructions up to date

Vendor Coordination & Admin Tasks

• Report software bugs and system issues to external software vendors and follow up until fixed
• Assist with testing (UAT) when new system features or updates are rolled out
• Keep track of software licenses and log support tickets with clear notes in the system
• Process IT vendor invoices through the accounting system and keep vendor contact records up to date

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system support, application support, or help desk roles
• Proficient in PMP, ITSM and business systems such as SCM, Finance tools, POS, or ticketing applications
• Comfortable learning, navigating, and managing admin settings across everyday workplace software
• Excellent problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and a clear, helpful communication style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Experience in, or a keen interest in retail/food and beverage menu updates is a plus
