M1Xchange is an RBI licensed TReDS platform (Trade Receivables Discounting System) enabling thousands of MSMEs to get their receivables paid early and grow their business. The platform enables MSMEs to discount their approved invoices pending with corporate buyers' basis a unique bidding model from 55+ banks and NBFCs to get the best interest rates for the transaction. With a focus on driving financial inclusion and providing cutting-edge services, we are poised for rapid growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Expertise in team leadership, training, and development, consistently driving high performance and achieving quality benchmarks.
• Prior experience of operations onboarding, group training experience & target alignment
• Good understanding of KYC process in fintech, banking OR NBFC
• Experience in managing end-to-end account opening processes, ensuring seamless customer onboarding journeys
• Should be skilled in cross-functional team coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication
• Proficient in risk management, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention, safeguarding organizational assets and reputation.
• Experience in managing s settlements
• Excellent Problem-solving ability
• Familiar with RBI guidelines

Education & Qualifications

• MBA/CA qualified/M.com
