Group Learning and Capability Development

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement competency frameworks for various roles within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, focusing on leadership development, communication, problem-solving, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop strategies to address them through training initiatives or other interventions.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to competency development and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
• Strong understanding of competency frameworks, capability building, and talent management principles.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
