Group Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Meet customers in villages and help them apply for loans.
• Collect KYC documents and complete customer verification.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain loan processes.
• Support loan disbursement activities.
• Collect weekly loan repayments from customers.
• Follow up with customers for timely repayment.
• Resolve customer queries and provide service support.
• Participate in local marketing and customer awareness activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, or Collections.
• Knowledge of rural markets and local areas.
• Ability to read and write in the local language.
• Basic English knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willing to travel extensively in the field.
• Bike and valid driving license Mandatory.
