We're on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Group Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, and San Carlos, Negros Occidental. As a key member of our management team, you’ll lead and develop multiple restaurant teams, drive operational excellence, and empower our people to deliver great customer experiences, strong sales, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Defines and achieves stores' sales and sales growth targets
• Identifies, understands and monitors sales plans execution of the franchise group
• Defines and achieves stores' profitability targets and productivity and cost efficiency plans
• Defines and achieves stores' customer satisfaction and FSC targets
• Conducts final interview of Store Management Team position and coordinates with the Recruitment Team in the screening and selection of candidates
• Ensures implementation of Manager Training Systems and identifies performance gaps
• Develops performance objectives with Store Managers and monitors performance
• Reviews disciplinary action and incident reports and recommends course of action
• Participates in the creation and establishment of store succession plans
• Ensures adherence to Jollibee operating systems, policies, procedures and standards

What we're looking for:

• College graduate, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field
• At least 3-5 years managerial experience in Jollibee Store Operations setting
• Must have passed the company BOTP and corresponding Management Development Plan
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven knowledge and skills in People Management and Development
• Strong Analytical Skills, Critical thinking and decision-making
• Project Management skills
• Proven track record in store operations, sales and profitability, FSC targets
