Group Manager

KNC Group of Companies is a franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) and is looking for an Group Manager that develops, implements and evaluates multi-restaurant plans for sales growth, and achievement of quality and people targets of existing restaurants in alignment with concerned unit strategies. He/She oversees implementation of applicable programs from Corporate and SBU support units. The AM conducts regular coaching sessions with RMs to ensure proper execution. He/She is also expected to prepare a business case for multi-restaurant systemic operational issues and recommends solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deploys operational tactics based on multi-restaurant strategies; sets expectations with Direct Reports
• Monitors multi-restaurant performance
• Conducts Action Plan follow-through; approves the restaurant’s EBAP
• Consults with the Management for operational/ systemic issue resolution related to new product process, customer experience, etc.

Key Result Area 1: Sales

• Develops sales building initiatives for the retail trade area (RTA) or community in all channels and products
• Oversees NBC and Marketing initiatives implementation
• Manages product mix vis-a-vis multi-area restaurant level strategy
• Monitors new product sales and extends store support; consults with Area Manager when needed
• Conducts competitor studies/ analysis for sales growth of existing restaurants; sends feedback to superior

Key Result Area 2: Quality

• Audits FSC and GSC compliance and develops action plan to address findings
• Files for renovation requisition
• Recommends/ Approves equipment replacement requisitions
• Analyzes customer needs
• Approves process improvement recommendations at multi restaurant level; determines applicable best practices for implementation
• Provides guidance to RMs in Alagang Jollibee (AJ) implementation; conducts program evaluation and action planning
• Monitors NPS target achievement at multi-restaurant level
• Supports Direct Reports on customer complaints resolution; endorses to superior when needed; analyzes trends and develops an action plan to improve customer service

Key Result Area 3: Capability/People

• Develops a Succession Plan for the restaurant management team
• Develops a Talent Supply Plan for all covered stores to ensure complete management staffing
• Conducts performance evaluation on rolled-up targets
• Checks completion of required courses and certifications of the Restaurant Manager
• Oversees implementation of general labor standards, Occupational Safety and Health standards, and due process requirements at the multi-restaurant level

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course
• At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
• Training on advance-level profit management and financial analysis-related programs
• Training on advance-level of store-marketing related programs

Ability to commute/relocate:
