Group Manager - Cyber Security

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the cloud security support and operations tower, focusing on Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall technologies.
• Drive tower-level revenue growth by optimizing service delivery and client engagement through innovative security solutions.
• Manage escalations and crisis situations with robust processes within Azure Active Directory and cloud security frameworks, adhering to SLA commitments.
• Ensure operational hygiene by validating reports, maintaining compliance, and aligning service offerings with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Foster customer satisfaction by developing and implementing frameworks and initiatives to elevate service quality and responsiveness, utilizing cloud security best practices.
• Identify and execute automation strategies to support the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP), enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless security operations and maintain industry-leading standards.

Skill Requirements

• Proven expertise in Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with operational processes and service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
• Ability to design and implement automation solutions for operational improvement.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (preferred): Azure Security Engineer Associate, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
