Group Manager - Mang Inasal

About the role

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Mang Inasal restaurants within an assigned group, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies, operating standards, procedures, and brand guidelines. You will drive sales, profitability, and business targets while leading, coaching, and developing Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers across all assigned stores.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Mang Inasal restaurants and ensure compliance with company policies, operating standards, procedures, and brand guidelines
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify areas for improvement
• Drive achievement of sales, profitability, and business targets for all assigned stores
• Review store sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability
• Analyze key performance indicators such as sales, transactions, average check, food cost, labor cost, waste, and other operational metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers
• Ensure proper manpower planning, staffing, scheduling, and deployment across stores
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels, food usage, waste, spoilage, and variances
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports and business updates to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Accounting/Finance
• 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations with significant experience managing multiple stores
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the quick-service restaurant (QSR), food service, or retail industry
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, inventory, cost control, food safety, and people management
• Experience managing and developing Restaurant Managers and large teams
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen
• Willing to conduct frequent store visits and travel within the assigned area
