Group Operational Manager

General Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant F&B/hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, SOPs, service standards, cost control, and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
• Fluent in Indonesian with good working proficiency in English.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Willing to travel between Nourish outlets for operational monitoring, training, and implementation of group standards.
