Available Position:
* Group Operational Manager
General Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant F&B/hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, SOPs, service standards, cost control, and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian and good working proficiency in English.
- Willing to travel between Nourish outlets in Bali.
