About the Role

The Group Operations Manager serves as the senior operational leader across all WellFit Group franchise brands. You will drive operational strategy and strategic scalability across a nationwide multi-site franchise network. Positioned in Hamilton Central, this leadership role commands true operational ownership and commercial impact. You will be key in defining and implementing group strategy, elevate franchisee performance, and scale new site launches while unlocking direct executive career progression.

 
Key Responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop group operational strategies to drive scalable multi-site franchise expansion.
• Partner with regional franchisees to lift performance, capability, and consistency.
• Lead end-to-end operational launches for new club openings nationwide.
• Direct group procurement strategies to deliver cost savings across sites.
• Manage direct reports to build an accountable, high-performing operational team.

You bring proven commercial acumen focused on driving operational efficiency, managing group procurement strategies, and supporting franchise partners to achieve optimal site performance. A skilled people leader, you excel at building team capability, fostering accountability, and communicating effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. You are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional member experiences while driving sustainable business growth.
