Group Operations Manager

THE ROLE

Drive operational excellence across all four sites while building and future-proofing the systems required for continued growth. Always focusing on team building and great culture.

Oversee workforce planning, supplier relationships, product rollout, delivery platforms and core operating processes, continually identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and strengthen the business.

Build scalable systems that maintain consistency, efficiency and accountability as Joe’s Deli expands into new locations and markets.

• Lead by from the front, set and maintain standards
• Own and fine tune operational systems
• Regular key staff catch ups. Control costs and hit targets
• Over see recruitment, onboard new crew and performance management
• Support and guidance for our front line staff

YOU

• Proven track record multi-site hospitality / QSR ops

• Great leadership skills, great cultural is key

• Confident in POS and rostering systems

• Lead from the front, not scared to get amongst service

• Great attitude, hospitality professional.
