Role Description

• Create and execute learning strategic and programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods company wide (Eg. Online Training)
• Design and deliver e-learning course and other trainings
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most learning opportunities
• Help managers development their team members through career pathing
• General staff performance evaluation and management
• MPP and Capacity optimization
• Internal Communication and newsletter

Qualifications

Master degree with related field (or) Any graduate.

To posses' human relationship and leadership quality with decision making skills and to be a role  model at work.

Ability to work with minimum of supervision; to supervise and train support staff; and to work effectively with people.

To encourage and support staff within to achieve the department objective.

At least 5 years experience in management field.
