Group Procurement & Leasing Manager

We're looking for a commercially astute and relationship-focused Group Procurement & Leasing Manager to lead procurement, supplier partnerships and leasing across our complex healthcare group. Managing a substantial portfolio of supplier contracts, property and specialist tenancy agreements, fleet leasing and major sourcing initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering value, driving savings and supporting the growth of our organisation.

What you'll do

• Lead procurement strategy, sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations across the Evolution Group.
• Identify and deliver measurable savings, value creation and supply chain improvements across a significant spend portfolio.
• Manage a complex national lease portfolio including property leases, specialist tenancy agreements and a fleet of 200+ leased vehicles.
• Support significant capital projects, hospital developments and expansion initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, clinicians, suppliers, landlords and external stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day procurement and leasing activities.
• Deliver commercial solutions that balance financial performance with clinical excellence.

What you'll bring

• Significant procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management experience.
• Strong commercial leasing and property management expertise.
• Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and value across complex supplier and contract portfolios.
• Experience leading tender processes, RFPs and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong financial, analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership experience within a complex, multi-site or multi-entity organisation.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational delivery.
