Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, purchase planning, vendor negotiation, and procurement planning.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts that deliver significant cost savings without compromising quality.
