Group Product Manager

Qualifications Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• 3-5 years experienced in brand management, brand communication, marketing activities in FMCG, NPD experience is a plus
• Good command in English both written and spoken is a must
• Good Computer Skill in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of core marketing principles.
• Effective cross-functional coordination and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Good in presentation tools for internal and external collaboration.

Responsibility:

• Enable to monitor and analyze market by gathering all market data ex: Consumer research, Nielson, Post campaign evaluation
• Planning of new product development with R&D and related team
• Provide marketing strategic and marketing plans for yearly planning
• Plan and control the marketing / media budget and follow up the progress of the assigned work category
• Coordinate with factory, demand planning in weekly production plans, monitoring and control stocks of raw materials and FG stocks which is sufficient for sales demand and align with marketing/trade -campaign
• Product planning and execute new product launch into prospect channel
• Coordinate with trade marketing & sales department in implementation of sales and marketing activities
• Follow up and analyze brand sales performance, marketing activities, communication evaluation
• Liaisons between partners and internal function on any business requirement to support the marketing implementation plan and distribution channel
• Working cross-functionally with operation, Trade Marketing, Key Account to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap
