Group Product Manager

The company is a global financial technology and investment business operating in the online trading and fintech sector, providing access to financial markets and investment products across multiple international markets.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Growth Tribe.

This is a senior Product leadership role for someone who combines strong product strategy and modern Product Management practices with genuine people leadership.

You will report directly to the VP of Product, manage Product Managers across the Growth Tribe, and take ownership of strategy, priorities and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on product discovery, experimentation, analytics and customer-focused decision-making, as well as developing Product Managers and improving the overall quality of Product Management.

What you’ll do

• Own the overall Growth Tribe strategy, priorities and key outcomes across Onboarding and Payments.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, setting clear expectations, coaching performance and raising the quality of Product Management across the tribe.
• Translate the wider Product strategy into a clear vision, priorities and an actionable operating plan.
• Drive customer-focused discovery based on customer insights, analytics, research and market evidence.
• Promote hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation, using prototypes, MVPs and pilots to validate opportunities before committing significant Engineering resources.
• Define success metrics before launch and take ownership of post-launch performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business Analysis, UX/UI, Data, Operations, Compliance and Commercial teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of Payments, including deposits and withdrawals, payment providers, routing, payment success and operational or risk constraints.
• Identify problems early, challenge weak assumptions and build a culture of ownership, pace and accountability.
• Act as a trusted Product leadership partner to the VP of Product, taking ownership of decisions rather than escalating routine matters.

What we’re looking for

• Significant Product Management experience, ideally at Group Product Manager, Lead Product Manager or Senior Product Manager level.
• Proven experience managing and developing Product Managers. This is a people leadership role, not an individual contributor position.
• Strong hands-on experience with payments, including payment journeys, deposits and withdrawals, PSPs/gateways, routing, payment success or related risk and operational considerations.
• Experience in onboarding, activation, conversion, funding or other growth-related product areas.
• Strong product strategy skills and the ability to define a vision, set priorities and make strategic trade-offs.
• A modern Product Management mindset, including customer discovery, analytics, experimentation and outcome-based decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use product and funnel data to identify problems and measure impact.
• A track record of delivering measurable product outcomes rather than focusing solely on feature delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with an evidence-based point of view.
• High ownership, initiative and pace, with the ability to identify problems and act independently.
• Experience in a global, regulated or operationally complex environment is an advantage.
• Relevant industry experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, wallets, online trading, FX/CFD, crypto or other complex digital products.
