Job Scope & Responsibilities:

1) Audit Planning & Execution
Develop and oversee the annual internal audit plan and special audit projects; plan and conduct on-site and cross-site audits to verify compliance, process effectiveness, and conformance with applicable quality standards.

2) QMS & Quality System Management

Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 requirements, including the implementation and standardization of quality systems and best practices across manufacturing sites.

3) Group-Level Quality Improvement

Lead and coordinate group-level quality improvement initiatives, monitor project progress and effectiveness, and ensure standardization and consistency across all manufacturing sites.

4) CAPA & Continuous Improvement

Review audit findings, follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), conduct gap analysis, and coordinate improvement actions to ensure timely and effective closure.

5) GQA Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and present quality and audit reports for regular GQA meetings; review SOP changes across four plants and coordinate DCC (Document Control Center) and group-wide quality project documentation.

6) Cross-Functional & Site Coordination

Coordinate with relevant departments and multiple manufacturing sites to align group quality strategies with site operations, facilitate cross-functional communication, and provide practical improvement recommendations to management.

7) Project Support & Business Travel

Support other quality-related projects and assignments as required by management, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on business and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Internal Audit, or GQA functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Valid IATF 16949 Auditor / Lead Auditor or VDA 6.3 Auditor certification is required.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in internal auditing, QMS, CAPA, process improvement, and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting cross-site or multi-plant audits is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple manufacturing sites.
• Good command of Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
