Group Sales Associate 2026/27

POSITION SUMMARY

The Group Sales Associate plays a dual role at Dodge Ridge, providing key support to the Group Sales Coordinator while also working on the front line alongside the Guest Services Associates. This position assists with the preparation, organization, and check-in process for all group visits, and serves as the primary backup for the Group Sales Coordinator on scheduled days off.

In addition to group sales responsibilities, this role works at our guest service points, helping individual guests with lift tickets, rentals, lesson sales, and general resort information. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, guest-focused, and detail-oriented—able to shift seamlessly between group coordination tasks and front-line customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Group Sales Support

Assist the Group Sales Coordinator with planning, documentation, and communication for all group visits.

Act as the main point of contact for group leaders during the Group Sales Coordinator’s scheduled days off.
Prepare group tickets, waivers, and materials ahead of arrival.
Welcome and check in groups, ensuring an efficient and friendly experience.
Track group payments, documentation, and guest lists.

• Maintain organized group records and ensure clear communication to the Group Coordinator.

Front-Line Guest Services

Work alongside Guest Services Associates at ticket windows and inside sales areas.

Sell resort products including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and season passes.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions with accuracy.

• Provide resort information, product recommendations, and assistance to walk-up guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
Comfortable with basic computer and POS systems.
Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Dodge Ridge products and operations.

Experience coordinating groups or events.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Cash handling or high-volume transaction experience.
