The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, sales-minded, and able to build strong relationships with schools, businesses, camps, churches, sports teams, community organizations, and other group customers.

This is a full-time, in-office position that reports to the Service Center Director.

Position Overview

The Group Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for group bookings and facility rentals across Get Air parks. This includes responding to leads, making outbound calls and emails, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing based on group size, date, time, and event needs, and helping customers move from inquiry to completed booking.

The role requires strong follow-through, excellent communication, and a hospitality-focused approach. The Group Sales Coordinator will work closely with customers before, during, and after the booking process to answer questions, address concerns, and help create a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to local businesses, schools, camps, churches, sports teams, daycares, community organizations, and other potential group customers.
  • Build relationships with group customers to encourage new and repeat bookings.
  • Coordinate group jumps, field trips, facility rentals, corporate events, team events, fundraisers, camp visits, school events, and other large group bookings.
  • Work with customers to understand event needs, group size, preferred date and time, budget, and special requests.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing based on the number of attendees, event type, date, time, and location.
  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales process to help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Assist customers with questions before and after booking, as well as before and after the event.
  • Enter and manage booking details in internal systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with park teams to help ensure events are properly communicated and prepared for.
  • Track leads, customer communication, booking status, and follow-up activity.
  • Maintain organized records using Google Sheets and internal systems.
  • Use RingCentral, Gmail, Google Sheets, internal booking systems, and POS systems to manage daily responsibilities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and represent the Get Air brand professionally.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase group sales revenue and improve the customer booking experience.
  • Support urgent customer or booking needs outside standard business hours when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with prospective customers.
  • Ability to negotiate professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple leads, quotes, and bookings at the same time.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to move customers through the booking process.
  • Comfortable using phone systems, email, spreadsheets, booking systems, and POS systems.
  • Experience working with schools, businesses, camps, churches, sports teams, or community organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with internal teams across multiple locations.

Schedule
