As a Group Sales Coordinator, you’re not just coordinating and overseeing the customer experience for groups throughout the various stages of their process at the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate and oversee the customer experience for groups throughout the various stages of their process at the hotel, from site inspections and planning to group preparation, arrival, and execution.
• Coordinate group requirements from the planning stage through to arrival and on-site operations.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with clients, agencies, and internal departments involved in each program.
• Coordinate site inspections, planning visits, and FAM trips, including itineraries, reservations, amenities, tours, and internal communication.
• Prepare and update documentation for each group, including rooming lists, BEOs, group instruction sheets, alerts, and service orders.
• Maintain constant communication with Banqueting, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other relevant departments to ensure the proper execution of each program.
