### Job Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through the *Group Agency & Broking channel*.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with *brokers, agents, and corporate clients*.

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Manage existing partner relationships and increase business through them.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

* Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

* Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.

### Candidate Profile

* Candidates with relevant *Health Insurance / General Insurance* experience preferred.

* Experience in *Group Insurance / Broking / Agency sales* will be an advantage.

* Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

* Good understanding of the insurance market and corporate/group business.

* Candidates should be within the specified age and CTC criteria.
