Group Sales Manager

We're Renovating. You're Selling the Future. World Golf Village Renaissance is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. Something exciting is happening in St. Augustine. Our resort is being reimagined with gorgeous, high-end plans, and we need a true go-getter to sell it: today's resort and tomorrow's, all at once. The location sells itself:

• Set in St. Augustine, in a beautiful, welcoming community
• Steps from world-class golf
• About 20 minutes to the beach
• A short drive to Jacksonville
• Roughly 30 to 40 minutes from the airport
• An up-and-coming area with new businesses moving in and more on the way

Your mission:

• Book business today: events, weddings, groups, and stays at the resort as it is now
• Book business tomorrow: fill the calendar for the beautifully renovated resort, with reservations ongoing
• Win business sales in the community: local companies, new businesses setting up in the area, corporate meetings, and partnerships
• Be the face of World Golf Village in the community, from chambers of commerce to planners and local organizations

You have:

• At least 5 years of hotel hospitality experience
• A proven record of hitting goals through proactive outreach, not waiting on inbound leads
• The energy, confidence, and personality to open doors and close deals
• Comfort being out of the office and in front of people

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
