Cricks Highway is experiencing MASSIVE growth and we're looking for a Group Service Manager to take the reins at our Barrinia Street site — one of Brisbane southside's most exciting and diverse multi-brand operations.

THE ROLE
As Group Service Manager at Barrinia St, you'll be responsible for the full service operation across seven premium and emerging brands — driving performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, mentor and develop your service team to hit and exceed targets
• Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Own the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection
• Manage department financials, labour rates and cost controls
• Work closely with the Fixed Operations Manager and senior leadership team
• Build a culture where performance is expected and excellence is celebrated

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior service role in automotive
• A leader who sets the standard and holds the team to it
• Strong commercial acumen and an eye for the numbers
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
