Group Wealth Director (Tier 3)

We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Group Wealth Director (Tier 3) to lead the next phase of expansion at Pinnacle Consult.

This is a leadership role for someone who is not only a strong adviser, but also a proven team builder with the ability to recruit, develop and scale a high-performing wealth management organisation.

The Opportunity

As Group Wealth Director, you will play a key role in building a substantial and sustainable advisory business, with the platform, resources and leadership support to grow your team towards 100 advisers and beyond .

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead and scale a high-performing team of financial advisers and managers.
• Develop a clear growth strategy to expand the organisation towards 100 advisers and beyond .
• Recruit experienced advisers, managers and leaders who can contribute immediately to the organisation.
• Build a strong pipeline of new and organic talent through structured recruitment, career conversion and adviser development.
• Mentor and develop future managers and leaders to create multiple layers of leadership within the organization.
• Drive productivity, quality business and sustainable adviser performance across the team.
• Leverage Pinnacle Consult’s estate planning and wealth advisory capabilities to help advisers acquire, retain and deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Build a strong culture of professionalism, collaboration, performance and long-term career development.
• Work closely with senior management on recruitment strategy, business development initiatives and organisational expansion.

You are likely to be an existing senior manager, director or experienced agency leader who:

• Has a strong track record in financial advisory, wealth management or insurance.
• Has demonstrated success in recruiting, leading and developing advisers.
• Understands how to build both experienced and organic recruitment pipelines .
• Has the ambition and capability to build a significantly larger organisation.
• Possesses strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
• Is commercially minded and understands how to translate advisory capabilities into sustainable growth.
• Has a genuine interest in estate planning, wealth structuring and the high-net-worth market.
• Wants to build an organisation with meaningful scale, strong culture and long-term enterprise value.
