- Maintain compliance records and assist with Food Safety, GlobalG.A.P. and other compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency through technology and automation
About you:
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or systems-focused role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with databases, systems and data, with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify and improve processes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively during busy seasonal periods
- A professional and approachable manner with the confidence to communicate with growers and internal stakeholders
- A commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and delivering high-quality work
- A genuine commitment to Hume’s values of being Authentic, Resourceful and Nimble
Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys working with people and systems, and wants to play an important role in supporting our growers and the wider Hume team.
