Growth Activation Assistant

About the Company

Anggraeni and Partners is a specialized dispute resolution law firm with a multidimensional approach, in providing service that covers foreseeing possible issues and managing the preemption, prevention, mitigation, and resolution of legal issues. We are looking for a Growth Activation Assistant to support our firm's business development.

Job description:

1. Activation

• Support activation and funneling programs.
• Maintain and organize the prospect database.
• Schedule and publish approved marketing content.
• Coordinate client touchpoints, publications, and invitations.

2. Events

• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and schedules.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, and event registration.
• Liaise with speakers, panelists, and external parties.
• Handle event documentation and participant follow-ups.
• Support internal company events.

3. Administrative Support

• Prepare, schedule, and organize presentations/decks.
• Maintain marketing files, folders, and templates.
• Assist with monthly KPI reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Good working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
2. 1–3 years of experience in managing events, activations, marketing, or administration; fresh graduates with relevant organizational/event experience are welcome;
3. Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Office Management, Digital Business & Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields. Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor (S1) degree is an advantage;
4. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and/or CapCut;
5. Organized, detail-oriented, professional, responsive, communicative, and able to work under pressure;
6. Willing to work from office in South Jakarta (08.00 - 17.00) and able to travel for business if required.
